Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement before they are dispatched. Once an order is handed over to our shipping partner, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please email [email protected] with your order number.
Due to the perishable nature of organic fruits and food items, we generally do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority.
If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will review the case and, if approved, initiate a full or partial refund to your original payment method (via Razorpay) within 5-7 business days, or provide a replacement.
If you haven’t received a refund within the stipulated 5-7 days, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
